Our goal is to finance, acquire, develop, and own single-tenant, long-term, triple-net leased manufacturing properties in the Biotech, Pharma, CMO / CDMO, Medical Device, and Nutraceutical sectors. We focus on FDA-approved cGMP / GMP facilities.

We provide long-term, non-dilutive sale-leaseback financing and construction financing for operators in the life sciences industry that own these unique assets.
