This allows them to unlock 100% of their equity invested in these unique real estate assets, providing capital to redeploy into debt reduction plans, CapEx programs, or other growth projects of their core business.


Development Financing

CRI Trust can finance 100% of the cost to construct new behavioral health facilities, alleviating this large CapEx burden.
